Hi, My Name is Komal Negi, certified prenatal and postpartum Expert with a training degree from the renowned Sri Sri School of Yoga in Bangalore. But more importantly, I’m a mother so I truly understand the physical, emotional, and mental journey of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
During my own pregnancy, I experienced firsthand the discomfort and uncertainty that many moms go through. But through yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement, I found a way to not only stay strong prepare for a smooth labor But was able to give an unmedicated natural birth. That’s what inspired me to create this program—to help other moms navigate this phase with confidence, ease, and joy.

Do I need prior experience with yoga or meditation?
Not at all! This workshop is open to all expectant mothers, whether or not they have prior experience with yoga, hypnobirthing, or meditation.
Is this workshop only for those planning a natural birth?
No! While we focus on techniques for natural birth, the information is valuable for all types of births - whether vaginal, medicated, or even C-section. The goal is to help you feel prepared and empowered no matter what.
Can my birth partner join the workshop?
Yes! Having your partner, spouse, or birth support person learn alongside you can be incredibly beneficial. They’ll learn ways to support you during labor and delivery.
